He was very helpful and knowledgeable, pointing out how the problem affected the furnace. There was an issue that he could not solve, so he spoke with some of the other repair staff. Together, they diagnosed the problem and solved it. I appreciated the admission that he did not know the answer to an issue and worked to resolve the issue. That very technician and the rest of the AMI H&C staff were excellent!"
